Graham Phillips graduated from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1967. He is a general practitioner in the fields of commercial and corporate law specializing in small business issues.
He served on the Executive of the Commercial Law Subsection of the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association for several years, including a term as Chairman.
Graham was a director of the Neil Squire Foundation of British Columbia for more than ten years, a society providing assistance to persons with severe physical disabilities; and he is counsel to the Make-A-Wish foundation of British Columbia
