D. Stuart Gray graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Victoria in 1989. After practicing on Vancouver Island as a trial lawyer, he joined this firm in 1994, becoming a partner in 1997, He is currently the seniour counsel for the firm, providing litigation services in areas of plaintiff personal injury, professional negligence, insurance claims and employment disputes.

He also provides litigation services in association with the solicitors' practice within the firm in areas such as construction and company disputes as well as litigation involving wills and estates.

Mr. Gray is a member of the Canadian and BC Bar Associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a member of the Vancouver, GLBA. In addition, he is also admitted to practice law in the State of Washington.
